Blue Ridge Energy “CommUNITY Champions” Employee Program

CommUNITY Champions is a Blue Ridge Energy employee program designed to encourage volunteering and giving back to the community. Employees are given volunteer hours they can use at their discretion—whether helping at a child’s school, supporting nonprofits, or participating in community service projects. The goal is to inspire employees to make a meaningful impact while building character and fostering engagement within the communities Blue Ridge Energy serves. We collaborated on this initiative by designing the logo, creating the program name, and developing t-shirts for employees to wear during their volunteer activities.
